Gets right under the shoulder blades, a wonderful easy to use massage tool. I tried my friend’s one first and simply had to get my own!
I bought a Backknobber ll more than 15 years ago. I originally used it for tight muscles in my back, but have since figured out ways to use it all over my body. I recently discovered that I can detach the two parts and reconnect them to form a "G" shape instead of an "S" shape. This gives me more traction when working on neck muscles. It is one of the best purchases I've ever made.
It’s simple, it works and it’s easy to pack. The marvelous thing is that it’s simple, direct and you apply just the pressure you decide you require.
It’s a bit “wiggly” meaning the connection point between the two ends is not as solid a joint as I would have hoped. It is a bit loose.
