Course Details
This online course in Bowen Therapy will give you a solid grounding in the theory and practice of the technique.
Bowen therapy, also called Bowenwork or Bowtech, is a form of bodywork. It involves gently stretching the fascia — the soft tissue that covers all your muscles and organs — to promote pain relief. Specifically, this form of therapy uses precise and gentle, rolling hand movements.
The course material includes detailed instruction through (100 minutes) visual demonstration, as well as extensive anecdotal information.
Upon completion of this course, you will have learned the skills to perform a complete body treatment that will enable you to continue your learning through independent practice.
